Hello, my name is Gordon Schott - aka ‘Gordo the Magician’ - and I’d like to take this opportunity to tell you a little about myself and what I do…

Magic has been a hobby of mine since I was a kid. I saw my first magician at a friend’s birthday party when I was eight, and I still remember just about his entire act from start to finish. He made handkerchiefs appear out of nowhere, change color, then vanish again into nothingness. He did rope tricks, coin tricks, and ended the show by making a live rabbit appear out of a seemingly empty box. Wow! The magic itself was wonderful, but it was the magic of magic that makes me remember it to this day. My goal is to help bring that experience to others.

I have performed in a variety of venues, from school shows to church functions, from Boy Scout Banquets to walk-around magic at our local Hands-On Museum. And of course, I also perform birthday parties. I am a proud member of both the Society of American Magicians and the International Brotherhood of Magicians, as well as the Vice President of the Ann Arbor Magic Club.

I don’t want to just make your event special, I want to make it magical!
